My Qualifications: -
I completed my training at Brighton University and have a Post Graduate Diploma in Humanistic Counselling and an MSc in Psychotherapy. I have gained specific training and expertise in the field of bereavement working as a bereavement support volunteer and supervisor with CRUSE. However, I also have a wide experience working with many different client groups and also carry out voluntary work for other counselling agencies. I am a registered member of United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and I am bound by and adhere to its Ethical Framework for Good Practice. I have both indemnity and public liability insurance. I also have a Diploma in Relational Supervision.
What are the Fees? (per 50 mins session)
I offer a free 30 minute initial consultation in order that I can get to know a little bit about you and you may ask any questions you may have. This will enable us to decide if we want to begin working together. Each session thereafter lasts 50 minutes and is usually the same time each week.
Standard counselling rate £40,
Couples work £55,
Student Rate £30,
I do understand that money can be tight and therefore, in addition to this I also have limited concessionary appointments for people who are on a low income or experiencing financial difficulty.
Afternoons:- Monday to Thursday
Evenings:- Monday to Thursday
