Relationship therapy is similar to, yet different from, couples work.

We all have many different relationships with many different people and from time to time these relationships may need a little support and attention. Would you like a better rapport with a parent, son or daughter? Are you struggling with the bond you share with a sibling? Perhaps you feel you are not getting what you want from a particular relationship.

Therapy can help you to find a voice to express what you’re experiencing, whether that might be feeling insecure or taken for granted. Having a safe supportive space to talk about your concerns enables trust to be built and clear boundaries to be established.
